
- Improve all steps of customer journey: brand awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, monetization.- Propose hypothesis, setup and execute hypothesis testing, measure and report results.- Plan, design, and execute user acquisition campaigns.- Plan, design, and execute community marketing campaigns incoordination with game events/release schedule.- Interact directly with users via tech support tools, official game Facebook page, email newsletter etc.- Provide valuable feedback from users community todevelopment team.- Work in collaboration with development and marketing teamsto create all kind of marketing materials (game screenshots andtrailers, ad video/banners/texts, graphic assets and posts forSMM, creatives for special events and sales).- Work with translation agency to improve localization.- Establish and improve relationship with marketing partners (admonetization networks, ad tracking solutions, translationagencies, platforms representatives etc)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in ENGLISH are essential - 3+ years of previous experience- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Prepared to work out of core hours when required- Well-developed organisational and timemanagement skills- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines- Ability to properly use, maintain and take care ofwork related materials and equipment
