We currently wish to recruit an experienced Business Development and Marketing Manager to be based at our office in Nicosia.
Main Responsibilities: 
  • Managing entire sales process from lead generation to closing transactions
  • Arranging and implementing networking, marketing and sales activities
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with investors
  • Working closely with Management for the development and management of existing and new clients
  • Meeting with investors to determine investment goals or to discuss investment strategies
  • Making a tangible contribution to developing and improving documentation and processes in marketing and sales
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identifying and developing the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Maintaining marketing brochures
  • Preparing marketing plans
  • Coordinating marketing events
  • Following up on media communications
  • Reviewing and administrating the company’s websites
  • Meeting personal KPIs and Sales & Marketing plans

 

Main Requirements: 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in Private Banking Units, Corporate or Financial Services Companies or Law Firms in the position of Business Development / Client Acquisition
  • Business Management, Accounting, Marketing, Finance or Economic background would be desirable
  • Existing High Net Worth relationships
  • English language proficiency
  • Russian or other language proficiency will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to analyse financial data and make informed recommendations to clients
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Team player and ability to work to tight deadlines
