Vacancy Description: 
A rapidly growing Cyprus-based organization is looking for an experienced OFFICE MANAGER to join its team in Limassol. An office manager is to organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
Main Responsibilities: 

• Greet and serve as first point of contact for walk-in customers, as well as colleagues and partners coming from abroad;• Handle questions related to maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills and/or respective delegation of these tasks;• Organize office operations, procedures, schedule meetings and appointments;• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment;• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time;• Provide support to clients and colleagues visiting from abroad (including reservation handling, travel documentation preparation, etc.);• Type up and\or translate documentation as necessary.

Main Requirements: 

• Written and oral fluency in English, Russian and Greek;• A degree in business management or administration sphere;• Proficient user of MS Office package;• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work, as well as follow up on the status of open projects / problems / questions;• High attention to detail and problem solving skills;• Strong organizational and planning skills.
