Vacancy Description: 
Capital.com, a Fintech company with global ambitions, opening offices around the world and working in such new financial areas such as blockchain and artificial intelligence, is looking to hire a Back Officer. Our mission is to make the world of finance more accessible and engaging. We use innovative technologies to build the most easy-to-use and transparent financial ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities: 
  • Collecting, filling, reviewing and evaluating KYC documentation for the clients;
  • Full support of account verification process;
  • Process withdrawals and review deposits of the clients;
  • Prevent AML transactions;
  • Communicate issues to other departments and coordinate with them;
  • Be familiar with the current situation in the financial markets;
  • Make suggestions and provide new ideas for better quality and service of the company;
  • Attend trainings and seminars as per Company’s needs;
  • Fulfil other tasks as per the instructions of the team lead or COO.
Main Requirements: 
  • Fluent English;
  • Extra language Dutch/German/Slovak/Czech;
  • BA degree;
  • Minimum of 1 year experience;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of computer literate;  
  • Capacity to work under pressure and with strict deadlines;
  • Strong sense of professionalism, organizational and analytical skills;
  • Self-learner and highly motivated individual.
