Vacancy Description: 
Vanice Holdings Limited is seeking to recruit one native Russian speaker experienced Corporate Administrator The ideal candidates should be Russian native and should be fluent in spoken/written English with at least 2 years of experience in the management of Cyprus and offshore companies.
Main Responsibilities: 

Key Duties:Handling a portfolio of clients on a daily basis and dealing with their corporate administration affairsPreparing corporate/legal documents including Power of Attorney, minutes, resolutions, statutory registers, agreements, trust deeds, declarations of trusts and related documentsFormation of both Cyprus and Overseas companies for clients as well formation and maintenance of all available companiesPreparing and filing documents at the Registrar of companies and in other jurisdictionsOpening bank accounts on behalf of our clients and liaising with various banks to meet customer needsManaging relationships and consulting with and coordinating advice with other third party professionals including lawyers and banks, authoritiesTranslation of documents and other translation duties as may be assigned.Ensuring compliance with AML legislation, knowledge of KYC and DD requirements, review and collection of KYC and due diligence documentsHave direct communication with clients and attend meetings.

Main Requirements: 

Bachelor Degree in a related field or Business Administration will be considered as an advantage.2+ years’ experience in a similar position in Cyprus, previous experience would be considered as an advantage experience, including practical experience in Corporate/Trust mattersHighly motivated, ability to use own initiative, work under pressure, prioritize andWork independentlyVery strong administrative skills and time management skillsVery good knowledge of windows applications software: MS office, Word, Excel, MS OutlookMust be Russian native and be fluent in the English language.
